The “Clueless” Award for January…

by: Rev. Dan

Apparently there are ultra-literal religious idiots who are so clueless that they actually believe C.S. Lewis was an agent of Satan. If this rant about the evils of Narnia wasn’t so pathetic, I’d find it to be hilarious.

Furthermore, Tumnus’ and his flute have magical powers, just like the Devil. Tumnus puts the little girl to sleep with his music. The next scene shows the little girl waking up and Tumnus crying, claiming that he has done something very bad. The subtle implication is that he sexually molested her. Remember folks, pan is the demonic pagan god of sexual perversion and rape. In fact, most images of pan show him with an erection. Furthermore, the movie encourages little girls to trust strangers.

I think the last bit of the quote (from here) reveals a lot. Little girls (and boys) shouldn’t trust strangers, or likely anyone… except their Catholic priest (the idiot I quoted doesn’t seem to be Catholic), Jesus, or George W. Bush. Perhaps the author prefers snuff films.

Honestly, how does one get off/out of a world like this?

Yes, there are stupid people in all religions and beliefs unfortunately. If I posted a comment on my site for every stupid christian, jew, muslim, aetheist, etc, I ran into, I’d never leave my computer.

Yeah, but I don’t give them all “Clueless of the Month” awards from Outchurched. :)

I posted the link to this dude’s site because I find it to be remarkably entertaining, and a bit disturbing… I was drawn to it with the same sort of morbid fascination that makes me rubberneck when I pass train wrecks.
