Jesus and the disciples shopped at WalMart (which is how Jesus was able to so miraculously stretch their money), so it's an absolute travesty that WalMart isn't saying "Merry Christmas" or not saying "Merry Christmas" in accordance with the whim of modern Christendom.

For the record, I believe WalMart is a Christian company. The store attended a service at New Life Fellowship, became born again, and now professes Jesus Christ as its Lord and source of Savings. If a corporation is a legal entity which can make money, then I don't see how or why it can't join a religion.

My question is: Why would Wal-Mart want to "reflect the best of Christian values"??
Is Wal-Mart a "christian" company, striving towards Christ-likeness?

Don't get me wrong... I won't shop at Wal-Mart. It's made me uncomfortable ever since I started trying to be conscious about where I shop, etc. But, why would should the world be concerned with christian values?
