Woody Allen & Billy Graham

by: Rev. Dan

Our friend Austin Atheist posted yet another awesome video… Woody Allen interviewing Billy Graham. Good stuff.

There’s this attitude/posture that both of them demonstrate… and it’s taken me a few minutes to remember what it was called… civility.

I compare the congenial manner in which Woody Allen approached Rev. Graham to the snide manner in which Bill Maher approaches those of differing views.

It seems today, that our comdeians and hosts take themselves too seriously for their own good.

Very enjoyable interview.

(I wonder if Woody actually DID convert after that…)

You mean the snide manner that blowhards like Rush Limbaugh and Bill O’Reilly pioneered? Maher is a wimp compared to the heavy-handedness of the Fox boys.

> I wonder if Woody actually DID convert after that…

That’d be a no… but Billy Graham started cutting himself and sacrificing virgins once he heard a couple of Marilyn Manson songs.
