Robertson Convinced that Not Everybody Thinks He’s a Moron: Seeks to Set the Record Straight

by: Rev. Dan

It appears that Pat Robertson believes that there are a few people who don’t think he’s a moron so he appeared in this video clip to help set those poor lost souls straight.

Wednesday’s “700 Club” featured a question about the Christian view of yoga. A concerned viewer asked, “Does it really have its origins in evil?” Pat Robertson gave the verdict: Yes! According to Pat, stretching is fine, but by repeating common yoga mantras, you are actually praying to Hindu gods Vishnu and Krishna and you’re not even aware of it!

If you pray to Hindu gods by chanting yoga mantras then are you giving your soul to Jesus if you drink soda from In-N-Out?

(Tangent: This also begs the question: “If I get a 4×4 from In-N-Out (4 beef patties, 4 slices of cheese) then I’m definitely eating more than the recommend amount of fat for one day… which is a sin, no? How does In-N-Out justify putting Scriptural citations on the papers they use to wrap the burgers of iniquity? Isn’t that akin to wrapping “marital aids” in “Jesus Loves You” smiley-face paper?)
